What does Bike Personal Coach include?
Critical Power assessment test
The Critical Power assessment test is the tool used by Bike Personal Coach to identify your qualities and what type of cyclist you are.
The test will take place at the beginning of your season and again during the course of the training program. In this way the coach will be able to assess how you have absorbed the assigned workload and can better fine-tune the next phase.
What do you need to take the test?
To be able to carry out the test you will need to connect the following sensors to the App:
heart rate monitor
power sensor (optional)
Please ensure that your sensor supports ANT+ or Bluetooth to be connected to the Bikevo App.
Training volumes determine the quantity and quality of training in relation to your characteristics and season''s goals. Bike Personal Coach is the only cycling training program that enables you to train the six fundamental qualities of every good cyclist.
How are they defined?
Once your skills have been assessed and both your season''s goals and periods of peak form have been defined, Bike Personal Coach will structure your season on the basis of training macrocycles. Each macrocycle will provide the correct mix of metabolic and strength work.
Bike Personal Coach generates specific training tables for each session. The tables are an excellent tool to show you precisely how to carry out your workout.
You can execute your training session as most convenient to you:
Directly on the Bikevo App, connecting your sensors to a smart phone
Automatically uploading the workout on third-party apps, such as Zwift, or to your cycling computer
Manually exporting your training session to external platforms, in the most common formats (ZWO, FIT, ERG, MRC).
